Dark card titled Magnesium glycinate for sleep with the number 250 mg, the daily magnesium dose used in the glycinate sleep trial

Magnesium glycinate may help sleep a little. NIH says research on magnesium for insomnia is still very limited. Stay under 350 mg a day from supplements, and try CBT-I first for chronic insomnia.
