Healthamu is a buyer’s guide for one moment: you saw a supplement in an ad, the page looked convincing, and the order button is right there. Before you pay, we want you to know what is actually in the bottle, what the research says about it, and what the checkout will really cost you.
Why this site exists
Supplements sold through online ads often come with long sales videos, countdown timers and bundle deals. Those pages are built to sell. They rarely show the full label up front, they seldom compare their doses with the doses used in studies, and the refund rules are usually buried in the terms. Healthamu pulls that information into one place so you can decide with a clear view.
What a Healthamu review checks
- The label. Every ingredient, its form and its amount per serving, including anything hidden in a proprietary blend.
- Doses against studied doses. Whether the amount on the label matches the amount used in human research.
- Research quality. How strong the evidence is for each main ingredient, graded on a simple scale.
- Safety and interactions. Known side effects, groups who should avoid an ingredient, and common medicine interactions.
- Total cost per day. The price per serving once shipping, bundles and any automatic subscription are counted.
- Refund terms and checkout fine print. The guarantee window, who pays return shipping, and any add-ons or upsells at checkout.

How our reviews end
We do not give scores, star ratings or numbers out of ten. A supplement is not a single number. Each review ends with plain pros, plain cons, and a short note on who the product may suit and who should skip it or speak with a clinician first.
The person behind the reviews
Healthamu reviews are researched, edited and approved by Lucie Bricks, our Reviews Editor. Lucie reads labels, published studies, government fact sheets and refund policies, and turns them into plain guides. Lucie is not a doctor, dietitian, nurse or pharmacist, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Where a question needs a clinical answer, our reviews say so and point you to a professional.
We do not claim to test products ourselves, and we do not run lab tests. Our reviews are based on documents you can check: labels, studies, official sources and the seller’s own terms.
How Healthamu is funded
Some links on Healthamu are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission from networks such as ClickBank, BuyGoods or MaxWeb, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what a review says. The details are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
