Low Blood Sugar Symptoms: Warning Signs, Numbers and First Aid
Low blood sugar usually starts with shaking, sweating, sudden hunger, a pounding heart and irritability. The standard fix is 15 grams of fast carbohydrate, such as 4 glucose tablets, then a recheck after 15 minutes. Call 911 if someone passes out.
